Pacific Concept offers kit homes build with exotic timbers only. Our houses are fully factory assembled before being numbered, dismantled, packed and shipped to our customers.

We offer not only the models already established in our "villas" section, but we can also work with your personal plans and drawings. We convert your elements into exotic timber components according to the standards of timber construction.

Pacific Concept can also monitor your hotel project. We propose larger projects, not only the timber construction, but also the furnishing and decoration of your public areas. Feel free to present your project. We will do a customised study in relation to your plans and drawings.

The models called "Sunset" in our villas section are particularly suitable for social housing projects.
